upside down weather
The presence of rain producing weather systems such as Low Pressure Area (LPA), Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) and Tropical Cyclones according to PAG-ASA are what made most areas of the Philippines experience a rainy summer season for the last two months. I'm sure many people who were looking forward for their pre-planned summer family activities were left disappointed.
A week ago, the weather authority announces the country's onset of the rainy season however what happens seems to be the other way around. A very damp, sticky feeling is what we are getting. Not only us adults but especially the kids are getting so irritable during the night so I told my sister, I guess now is the right time for her to get that air conditioning system she had long been planning to acquire. Having one would certainly help the kids at ease and get a complete bedtime rest they need for their healthy growth.
